Terms of Service

By accessing Lil Beats, purchasing a beat license, or booking mixing & mastering services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

All beat purchases are governed by the license tier you select at checkout. Full terms for each tier — including distribution limits, streaming caps, and permitted uses — are detailed on our Licensing page. Beats remain the intellectual property of Lil Beats unless an exclusive license has been purchased in writing.

By submitting a mixing & mastering request, you confirm that you own the rights to all files provided, or have explicit permission to use them. Each service package includes three rounds of revisions, and up to two further rounds on request at no extra cost — five in total. Work beyond that is quoted separately. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on current project volume.

All sales are final. Beat licences are digital goods delivered instantly, and mixing & mastering fees are non-refundable — the revision rounds described above are how a mix is brought to where you want it. A mixing & mastering booking cancelled before any work has started is the one exception, and is refunded in full. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at lilbeats070@gmail.com.

• Reselling or redistributing unmodified beat files or stems.
• Claiming original production or composition credit for a licensed beat.
• Uploading files you do not have the rights to use.
• Attempting to circumvent license limits or download restrictions.

Lil Beatsis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
